天和徑歡迎你

Hong Kong has four official long trails: Maclehose (100km), Wilson (78km), Lantau (70km), and Hong Kong (50km). We've designed the Tinworth Trail to be the unofficial 5th Trail. It runs across Hong Kong from the northeast border with Mainland China at Sha Tau Kok to the picturesque fishing village of Tai O in Lantau Island’s southwest, and includes some of Hong Kong's most spectacular locations. It is approximately 90km long with 5000m positive elevation change. Do it all in one go or section by section - it's up to you!

In this website you'll find all the information you need to explore the Tinworth Trail.

The Trail crosses several roads at which care must be taken. Runners and hikers should consult a medical doctor to ensure they are in good health before attempting any section of the Trail. Runners and hikers should ensure they have adequate water and food, particularly in hot weather. In the event of any difficulty, you should call Emergency Services immediately on 999.
